With our move to Utah just around the corner we decided to make one last road trip down to California while we were still semi-close. That weekend my parents had a ward party at a family's home in the ward who have a ginormous pool (I don't even know if that is the correct terminology for this thing, but its what I'm going with) equipped with a water slide, zip line, putting green etc. The kids had a blast. Jake took Carder down the slide but forgot to tell him to plug his nose, so he wasn't really wanting to go on it again after that, instead he practiced his swimming and jumping off the dock for the rest of the time. Kelsie and her boyfriend Kyle came with us too and they showed their skills on the zip line (below are videos of that...gotta love Kyles point and drop).

The rest of the weekend we just enjoyed being with the fam. Carder really proved his potty-trained abilities too. He's been doing really well at home, but I have been a little scared to take him out of the house in underwear, but he even asked to be taken out of the pool at the ward party to be taken to the potty. That earned him a trip to Toys-R-Us to pick out a prize. He picked out the Imaginext Joker's Playhouse and then got to pick one more out that would sit on top of the fridge and he'd get it if he could go an additional week accident free. He picked out the Imaginext Riddler & Two Face van (If you couldn't tell he is on a superhero kick, but why his favorites are all the villians worries me a little...seriously is that normal?)

I didn't know you guys were headed back to Utah, that's exciting!
So I saw Parker and Coleman this past weekend down in Austin. It was crazy to see how much they've grown up.
