This summer last Carder had a ton of fun at Mimi & Poppy's house...he is going to miss everybody a lot. He and Jaxon refer to themselves as the "Bobo Brothers," if you've seen Diego you know what I am talking about, but if not they are these two monkeys that make trouble...Carder loved having his partner in crime to do just that with!
We had lots of fun this summer playing with family and getting to see some friends...
One of my BFFs Brittney was in town with her family from Georgia, so we got to spend a little time with them which was so nice since the distance makes those few and far between!
We got to go visit another best friend of mine, Sabrina and her new baby girl. Carder was more interested in checking out all the things he could get into at their house...but Jaxon held baby Lilley for an hour strait, it was precious!
Carder is gonna miss all the fun activities Mimi had planned for the boys like making Play Dough (They made theirs blue and peppermint flavored)
What could be better for a two year old then making something squishy and messy...nothing (well except maybe chocolate brownies...)
He is going to miss going for rides in "Poppy's Hot Rod"...since we've left California he consistantly asks me several times a day if he can't go for a ride in it
He's gonna miss being a big helper with his buddy Jaxon
And coming up with better to do the job (well according to him)...
He is going to miss all the rough housing, dressing up and make believe play with his "Jax Attacks" as he calls him...he just loved all the boy stuff they got to do together
Ever since Carder was born Jaxon has gone in and out of acting like a baby...when he does this refers to himself as "baby." Well Carder joined in on it this summer as "baby goo goo" they would spontaneously be crawling on the floor telling us they were "baby" and "baby goo goo." Odd children.
Him giving me his "grumpy face"
As well as throwing pretty much anything he could get his hands on into the pool...
The boys both got much better at swimming and got brave to jump off the bridge and rocks around the pool (I am a little scared for what next summer has in store for me!)
And of course there was a never ending supply of popsicles
Carder just couldn't let Jessie be left out (at least he dropped it on the ground for her instead of sharing the one he was eating...I am pretty sure I would have had a freak out with that one!)
Thanks for a great summer you guys!!!
