R & R

When we came back from El Paso, my aunt Jill and her family caravanned back to California with us (they already had a family vacation planned for a week later, so they decided why not just come a week early. It was nice to get and extra week for the boys to play with each other and to spend some more time with the Ingles).  Jake finished his BAR exam (finally), so I went up to Vegas to finalize housing (again)...<Vegas' housing market is super messed up...we had signed for a place a few weeks prior and thought we had everything taken care of, then got a call a week later saying..."Oh whoops...someone signed for it before you, so nevermind"... LAME! This was right before Jake's test, so we decided to just not mess with it until he finished. But I think the place we found this time will be really good for us, so its all good.> Then we came back to California for the week before he started work/our place was ready to do some beach days and just spend time as a family, no textbooks present

The four Amigos eating what is a staple at Mimi's house...popsicles!

Carder is currently totally obsessed with "Hot Rods" (he overextends the term a bit), so he thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon the boys all took turns riding in Jaxon's Car

Tyler was too big to ride in the Car, so he found a way to join in the fun

When Zacy wasn't riding shot gun he ran alongside them

and recieved a few battle wounds...poor baby!

The week we were there, we did quite a few beach days Oceanside, Capo beach, and Newport.  Jake had a blast boogie boarding with the kids and Carder loved running in the waves and doing his new favorite thing, digging a hole, getting in it and being buried.

I am lame and didn't bring my camera most of the days, but these are pics from my Mom's birthday when we went to Newport.

Since Jill was down, Kimi decided to come down from Vegas to celebrate my Mom's birthday

Our familia

The boys busy at work

Kelsie and Mark (that tan is so not fair!)

Carder doing his new favorite thing at the beach...not gonna lie it may just be one of my favorites too since it makes him stay in one place for a little while
The Jax man

Ty Guy

Jake and my Dad got a little creative and did a tandem hole

Carder loved running in and out of the surf
Where the child comes up with some of the stuff he does I have no idea...well at least he's entertaining

The next night we did my Mom's birthday dinner at PF Changs...Happy Birthday Mama!!!

Then we packed everything up and headed up to Vegas a few days later so Jake could start work and we could move into our new place.  So nice to have that nice relaxing family time after such a crazy summer!
